The teacher is very patient and has standard pronunciation. Unfamiliar words are repeated until the child memorizes them before moving on to the next page.

ヒントも言わず黙っていたので怖かったです

子供が答えに詰まっても一切ヒントを出さず、18分間も無言で放置されました。その後のレビューも「全問正解でした」という嘘のコピペ定型文でした。非常に不誠実です。
My son was left in complete silence for 18 mins without any help when he got stuck. Also, the tutor sent a fake copy-and-paste review saying he answered perfectly. Very unprofessional.
今回はたまたま録画を確認したので状況が分かりました。
結局全部答えられていなかったのに、答えたことになっていました。答えられなかった箇所についての言及もなく、そのまま次に進むようになっていました。
今回のことで、個室でレッスン受けている場合は、録画はなるべく確認した方がいいと気づいた次第です。
講師のコメントは以下になっていました。

-You answered all the exercises correctly and accordingly. Great job!
-You were able to learn the Useful Expressions.
-You radiate positive energy all throughout the class.

初めての受講で事前の口コミを見て少し不安でしたが、全く問題ありませんでした！終始明るく和やかな雰囲気で、リラックスしてレッスンを受けることができました。回線状況も良好で、先生の発音も聞き取りやすかったです。フリートークではこちらの拙い英語も丁寧に汲み取って会話を広げてくださり、あっという間の楽しい時間でした。
