Hello and welcome! My name is Moderna, and I’m excited to be part of your English-learning journey. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Mathematics, and I have been teaching for a while. Throughout my teaching journey, I’ve learned that every student has a unique way of learning, so I always try to make my lessons comfortable, engaging, and easy to understand.

As a teacher, I am friendly, patient, approachable, and encouraging. I believe that making mistakes is a natural and important part of learning, so I want my students to feel comfortable expressing themselves in English without worrying about being perfect. Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading, watching movies, listening to music, traveling, cooking, and I love learning about different people, cultures, and perspectives. These interests have also helped me appreciate how English can connect people from different backgrounds.

I became interested in teaching because I enjoy helping others understand something they once found difficult. I especially love seeing my students become more confident as they learn and realize that they are capable of communicating in English. In my classes, we can work on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, and everyday English, depending on your goals and needs. I also enjoy lessons where we can have meaningful conversations about topics that interest you while naturally improving your English skills.
